We booked a trip to celebrate not only our 5 year anniversary but also our close friend’s 5 year anniversary! 
We are super excited about this trip and have talked about doing something with them for a while now!! Now if September 19th could hurry up and get here that would be great!!
For those of you i missed in an email yesterday; here is what i sent out:
Just wanted to let you know that everything went ok today. Grandma had to have surgery (in case you didnt know). She had to have a mass removed in her colon. They did have some trouble because the mass was higher up than they thought and werent able to use staples to close her up so they had to use sutures. It took longer than they expected. While in recovery she was breathing really fast and her oxygen levels were low so she is in the Critical Care Unit over night to be monitored. She is doing better and her breathing is slowing back down but they still want to watch her over night. In the CCU there is 1 nurse per patient. She should be down graded hopefully tomorrow but will be in probably most of the week. She was really groggy and out of it when I went to see her so I didnt stay very long. I will be going back tomorrow morning to see her. This was probably not at the top of her list for things to do on her birthday but thats just how it worked out for their schedule.
So last cycle didnt take. Everything “looked” perfect but it just didnt happen. We decided to take some time off. Im not sure how long. Could be a month could be a while. We are still going to try on our own but short of a Miracle it wont happen. I may be going in for a Saline Ultrasound but am waiting to hear back from my doctor to let me know for sure. I am pretty discouraged and just have no idea why things have turned out this way. I have spent the last year doing fertility treatments and have nothing but 2 miscarriages to show for it. 
On a side note…Please pray for my grandma. She is having surgery today to remove a large mass in her colon. It is her birthday today so not the most exciting way to celebrate it. I’ll be going down tonight to see her and spend a little time with her on her birthday.
