So this is the first time that I have finally blogged and I thought what better way then a weekend away. Any long weekend will be a huge highlight for me since all of my vacation time for the year is long gone!
This is how Nils and I spent Labor day weekend. This was on Saturday night on a 70′ yacht. It was one crazy night! What started out as a short cruise and grilling on the boat turned into a 7 hr tour because the train bridge lost power and we couldn’t get through. It was loads of fun and it is something we will always remember.
We went to Duluth for the whole weekend and had a wonderful time with our really good friends Jim and Allie. We always have a great time when we are up there and look forward to the next time we can get up there again. The rest of the weekend we took naps, shopped, and ate some more! We laughed a lot and watched our dogs run around their place like wild animals. Yes Sadie got to go too! She did awesome in the car on the way up and back and we didn’t even have to stop once for her! She loves her car rides and going to visit Bowser(beagle) and Molly (Rottweiler). Hope everyone had as wonderful of a Labor Day weekend as we did!<3,
